Before you start
- Select the cinema and date range.
- Reviews are submitted by customers through your public/online channels.
How to view reviews
- Open Reports → Cinema Reviews Report (listed as "Cinema Reviews").
- Select the cinema and date range.
- Generate the report and review the ratings.
- Open a single review to read the full customer comment.
