The Swapped Ticket Report lists tickets that were swapped or exchanged — for example when a customer moved to a different showtime — so you can audit exchange activity.
Before you start
- Select the cinema and date range.
- Swaps relate to admissions sold via Tickets.
How to generate
- Open Reports → Swapped Ticket Report.
- Select the cinema and date range.
- Generate and review the swaps; export to Excel if needed.
